Prof. Türksel Kaya Bensghir is a faculty member at Department of Business Administration of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University since 7 September 2018. She completed her bachelor and master at Erciyes University and also she has PhD degree from Gazi University. She was a research assistant, doctor assistant, associate professor and faculty member at Institute of Public Administration for Turkey and the Middle East (TODAIE) between 1989 and 2018. She was the director of TODAIE e-Government Center between June 2009 and July 2016. Prof. Bensghir was elected to the Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA), which is a unit of United Nations Economical and Social Council, as the delegate of Turkey in 2013. She contributed to the committee in the field of e-government between 2014 and 2017. Kaya Bensghir, who became of the first Assoc. Professors at the field of management information systems, has lectured at TODAIE and various universities about management information systems and e-government and information technologies, organizational transformation, system analysis, information systems design, e-business, e-commerce information theory, cyber security management, digital state and social media politics. She delivers in-service seminars about e-government, information management, e-signature, and system dynamics.
